One path you take may not be successful and you need to be open to the fact that there are multiple avenues. One may not work but try another when you fail. Don’t give up.
Learn your and from audience. You may believe that what you want to teach (or provide, for you business owners) is going to be great. Listen to those who are your clients and really find out what they need. Soon as we started taking recommendations in our group, attendance has grown and presentations have been better.
Optimize everything you can based on data you receive. Listen to your data as it has many hidden golden nuggets of info in it. Find out which subject line in a Meetup.com notification gets the most attention and gets butts in seats. Recently a recommendation came across to highlight the activities in the subject line and it has helped out a lot. Little things make the difference.
